Refund and Returns Policy

General Guidelines

  1. Initiating a Return:
    To open a return, email us at the address above. Ensure the order number is included in all correspondence regarding returns.
  2. Damaged Items:
    If you receive items damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We will advise you on the next steps. These items may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  3. Errors and Shortages:
    Errors or shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Faulty Items

  1. Notification Period:
    Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Reports made after this period cannot be accepted for returns.
  2. Documentation Required:
    Before contacting us, gather as much information as possible about the fault, including photographs where applicable. This will help us resolve the issue efficiently.
  3. Inspection:
    Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us for inspection. Return labels will be provided for these items.

Change of Mind Returns

  1. Notification Period:
    If you change your mind, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. Condition of Items:
    Returns will only be accepted if the items are in brand-new, unused condition.
    • Return Costs: We cannot cover return costs for accidental orders or change-of-mind returns.
    • Condition Assessment: If the returned product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund after assessing the damages.

Warranty Information

  • Coverage Period:
    We provide a warranty for all products for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
    • Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to e-liquids, disposable vape pens, CBD products, or clearance items.

Important Notes

  1. Returns Process:
    • Do not attempt to return products before they are delivered. Items cannot be returned to the courier/driver upon arrival as this may result in delays and uncertainty about the return reaching us.
    • If you wish to return a product, wait until you receive it and then follow the outlined returns process.
  2. Return Costs:
    We cannot cover return shipping costs for accidental orders or change-of-mind returns.
