Order Processing (dispatching)
Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday-Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. However, to ensure smooth operations, we recommend allowing an additional 1 business day for processing.

- In the rare event of delays, damage, or loss, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
- In the unlikely event that you have not received the parcel, we would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.
- In the event of a disputed delivery, we will raise an investigation with the 3rd party courier. In these instances, we must take the result of the courier’s investigation as final.

- Damaged Items:
If you receive items damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We will advise you on the next steps. These items may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Errors and Shortages:
Errors or shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
Faulty Items
- Notification Period:
Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Reports made after this period cannot be accepted for returns.
- Documentation Required:
Before contacting us, gather as much information as possible about the fault, including photographs where applicable. This will help us resolve the issue efficiently.
- Inspection:
Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us for inspection. Return labels will be provided for these items.
Change of Mind Returns
- Notification Period:
If you change your mind, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Condition of Items:
Returns will only be accepted if the items are in brand-new, unused condition.- Return Costs: We cannot cover return costs for accidental orders or change-of-mind returns.
- Condition Assessment: If the returned product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund after assessing the damages.
- Coverage Period:
We provide a warranty for all products for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.- Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to e-liquids, disposable vape pens, CBD products, or clearance items.
