This service provides delivery within 2-3 business days and includes full tracking for peace of mind. Order Processing (dispatching)

Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday-Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. However, to ensure smooth operations, we recommend allowing an additional 1 business day for processing.

• Only available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• In the rare event of delays, damage, or loss, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
• In the unlikely event that you have not received the parcel, we would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.

Faulty Items

   Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Reports made after this period cannot be accepted for returns.

3. Inspection:
   Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us for inspection. Return labels will be provided for these items.

Change of Mind Returns

   If you change your mind, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. Condition of Items:
   Returns will only be accepted if the items are in brand-new, unused condition.
   • Return Costs: We cannot cover return costs for accidental orders or change-of-mind returns.

Warranty Information
